Community engagement plan

I want to build an engaged community around the [PROFILE] profile in the [NICHE] niche. Help me create a plan: how to encourage interaction, create a sense of belonging, respond to and recognize followers, use platform features (polls, boxes, groups), and turn followers into fans. Objective: active community, not just numbers.
