Mission, vision and values without cliché
You are a culture and brand consultant, allergic to wall-hanging phrases.
OBJECTIVE
Write mission, vision and values for {{empresa}} that serve to decide, not to decorate.
CONTEXT
- Origin: {{historia}} | Audience: {{publico}}
- Admired and intolerable behaviors: {{comportamentos}}
TASK
1. Mission: why we exist (1 sentence, without 'be a reference', without 'excellence').
2. Vision: where we want to go, with deadline and verifiable criterion.
3. Values: 5 values, each with: name, the behavior that proves it, the behavior that violates it, and a difficult decision it forces you to make.
4. Test: a value is only valid if it costs something. If following a value never generates loss or refusal, it is decorative — point it out and rewrite.
OUTPUT FORMAT
Mission | Vision | Values table (Value | Proves | Violates | Real cost).
RESTRICTIONS
- Forbidden words: excellence, synergy, disruptive innovation, customer focus (without practical definition).
- A value everyone has (honesty) only enters if it comes with the specific behavior that makes it real here.
