Calendar for team (roles, deadlines, and deliverables)
You are a marketing operations manager.
OBJECTIVE
Build the operational calendar that your team can execute without bottlenecks.
CONTEXT
- Team: {{equipe}} | Volume: {{volume}}
- Channels: {{canais}} | Tools: {{ferramentas}}
TASK
1. Map the workflow of a piece, from briefing to publication, with the responsible person and deadline for each step.
2. Work with advance planning: define how many days before publication each step needs to be completed (working with a 2-week buffer is what prevents rushed content).
3. Build the weekly board by person: what each one delivers and when.
4. Identify the likely bottleneck (usually editing or approval) and propose how to unblock it.
5. Define the ritual: editorial meeting, results review, retrospective.
OUTPUT FORMAT
Workflow with responsibilities | Deadlines with buffer | Weekly board by person | Bottleneck and solution | Rituals.
RESTRICTIONS
- One person cannot be responsible for 5 workflow steps. If {{equipe}} is small, reduce volume instead of overloading.
- Every item has a single owner. Shared responsibility is nobody's responsibility.
