Cleaning and organizing by rooms

I want to organize and clean my house systematically, without overwhelming myself. The rooms are: [ROOMS]. Help me create a cleaning/organizing plan divided by rooms and by days/weeks, so I can do it gradually instead of all at once. Goal: an organized home done gradually and sustainably.
