Cornell method for class notes

I want to use the Cornell method for my notes in [SUBJECT/CLASS]. Explain the page structure (notes column, questions/keywords column, and summary at the bottom), how to fill each part during and after class, and how to use it for quick review (covering the notes and testing with keywords). Goal: notes that already serve as active review material.
