Create an assessment rubric

You are an assessment expert. Create a rubric to evaluate [WORK/ACTIVITY]. Define assessment criteria, and for each one describe performance levels (e.g., insufficient, satisfactory, good, excellent) with what characterizes each level in observable terms.
