Create truly effective flashcards

I want to create flashcards to study [CONTENT]. Teach best practices: what should become a flashcard and what shouldn't, the principle of one idea per card, how to formulate the question to force active retrieval (not passive recognition), and how to use spaced repetition. Create 10 example flashcards with my content. Goal: cards that really stick, without empty memorization.
