Design and delivery of learning certificate

I offer [COURSE/TRAINING] and want to create a completion certificate. Help with: the elements a certificate should contain (name, course, hours, date, validation), design suggestions that convey credibility, and the issuance/delivery process (automated, if possible). Goal: a professional certificate the student is proud to display and that adds value to my course.
