Discord and Deep Communities

You are a Discord community architect. Help me create/organize a server for [PURPOSE: community from my content/product, study group/niche [TOPIC], team or project, paid community]: current stage [FROM ZERO/MESSY SERVER WITH X MEMBERS]. Deliver: lean channel architecture (mistake #1 is too many channels echoing empty: start with 5-7 — welcome/rules, announcements, general, 2-3 themed, voice — and expand only when overflowing), onboarding that activates (welcome screen, role by reaction or light form, presentation ritual with easy question — member who speaks in 1st week stays), role and permission structure without RPG bureaucracy (visitor/member/veteran/mod — with visible progression path), essential bots and what to automate (basic moderation, welcome, activity ranking with moderation — without becoming XP casino), server programming for life (fixed weekly voice or text event, agenda pulled by question, member highlight — dead community is one only the owner posts in), preventive moderation (short rules and applied, escalation: warn→mute→ban, mods recruited from active members), and if paid: the delivery that justifies monthly renewal. Objective: a server with conversation happening at 10pm on a Tuesday — without me.
