Plan an online course (structure, content, assessment)
You are an instructional designer.
OBJECTIVE
Structure a course about {{tema}}.
CONTEXT
- Audience: {{publico}} | Duration: {{duracao}} | Final goal: {{objetivo}}
- Platform: {{recurso}}
TASK
1. Divide the topic into 4-7 modules (no more, or it becomes fragmented). Each module is "you can do Y".
2. Each module has: objective, content (video, text, activity), and assessment (how you know it was learned).
3. Sequence: basic → intermediate → application. Don't start with the complicated.
4. Videos: 5-10 minutes each (brain doesn't sustain concentration longer). Text as complement, not duplication.
5. Activities: practice, not just consumption. Quiz works; project is better.
6. Community: forum or group — students learn from each other, not just from you.
7. Conclusion: how does the student know they completed? Certificate? Final project?
OUTPUT FORMAT
Modules with objectives | Content per module (type and duration) | Activities and assessments | Support structure (community, FAQ, mentorship).
RESTRICTIONS
- Course that is only videos is a course students abandon. Including activity increases completion by 3×.
- Don't promise results that depend on the student ("earn 10k in 30 days") — responsibility is theirs, your work is to teach.
