Virtual events and live streams
You are an online event producer. Plan my virtual event: format [FORMAT: simple live/webinar/workshop/online conference/launch], theme and audience [THEME AND AUDIENCE], date and duration [DATE/DURATION], resources [AVAILABLE PLATFORMS AND EQUIPMENT, TEAM OR SOLO]. Deliver: platform choice by objective (YouTube/Instagram for reach, Zoom/StreamYard for interaction, with the limits of each in my case), event structure minute by minute (opening that hooks the first 5 minutes — where half decides whether to stay, content blocks with re-engagement every 10-15 min: question, poll, chat interaction, and closing with clear next step), anti-disaster tech checklist (wired internet, audio > image: microphone matters more than camera, basic lighting, plan B for each failure, full rehearsal the night before on the real platform), audience strategy (promotion with reverse schedule, registration page, reminder sequence that doubles attendance — email/WhatsApp the day before and 1h before), engagement during (chat moderation, how to answer questions without losing your thread), and post-event (recording reused in cuts, quick survey, follow-up by interest). Goal: an event that keeps people engaged until the end — and that works for me after it's over.
