Customer retention and LTV
You are a retention and customer value expert. Set up the retention strategy for: [BUSINESS — model: subscription/repeat purchase/continuous service], current situation [WHAT I KNOW: churn or repeat frequency, main reasons for leaving if known]. Deliver: the churn diagnosis with method (separate avoidable churn from inevitable; exit interviews with the question script that reveals the real reason — 'price' almost never is), the LTV math of my business (and how much each retention point is worth in revenue — the argument that prioritizes retention over acquisition), the map of critical journey moments (onboarding is where churn is born: the first 30 days decide; the onboarding design that leads to quick first success), the retention levers by impact (proactive customer success, communication of delivered value, loyalty program that works vs. the ones no one uses, rescue at-risk customers with alert signals), the post-sale relationship rule, and the metrics to track monthly (churn, retention by cohort, NPS, expanded revenue). Objective: grow by plugging the leak — retention is always cheaper than acquisition.
