Indicator dashboard

I want to build a dashboard to monitor [AREA/OBJECTIVE]. Suggest which indicators to include, how to group them (overview vs detail), what type of visualization to use for each metric (number, line chart, bar, etc.), and how to organize visually for quick decision-making.
