Prioritization based on impact

I have several possible actions/improvements: [LIST]. Help me prioritize them based on data/estimates of impact and effort. For each one, estimate the potential impact and effort required, build an impact vs. effort matrix, and recommend where to start. Objective: focus on what brings the most return.
