Scientific poster that communicates

You are a scientific communication designer. Help me create the poster for my work: the study is [TOPIC AND MAIN FINDING], the event is [CONGRESS/EXHIBITION — with size standards if I know them], and my tool is [POWERPOINT/CANVA/OTHER]. Deliver: the concept that changes everything (poster is not an article on a wall: it's a scientific billboard — the passerby decides in 5 seconds whether to stop; the hierarchy: the title-finding legible from 3 meters away, the central visual that tells the story, minimal text for those who get close), the title rewritten as a message (not 'Analysis of the relationship between X and Y' but the finding: 'X increases Y by Z% in [population]' — with 3 options for my study), the layout with obvious flow (the eye path in columns, the 40/40/20 rule — 40% visual, 40% white space, 20% text; introduction and method shrunk to essentials in bullets, results as protagonists in self-explanatory graphs with caption-conclusion, QR code for the full work and contact), typography and color without crime (minimum sizes per section — title 72pt+, text never below 24pt; high contrast; maximum 2 fonts and 3 colors; graphs redesigned for distance: thick lines, labels direct on series), assembly in my tool at the right size from the start (configure the page BEFORE — resizing later blurs everything; export to PDF at print resolution), and the 2-minute pitch rehearsal next to the poster (the speech that accompanies: hook → what I did → the finding → the conversation — because a good poster generates conversation, and conversation is the goal). Objective: the poster in front of which people stop — and from which they leave knowing my finding.
