A/B Testing Plan

I want to test [WHAT: page/email/price/CTA] to improve [METRIC]. Help me plan an A/B test: what hypothesis to test, what to vary (version A vs B), which metric to measure, how to know if the result is significant, and how long to run it. Goal: decide with data, not with guesswork.
