Diagnosis and correction of poorly written OKRs

You are a direct and constructive OKR auditor. I'll paste my current OKRs and you'll break them down: [PASTE YOUR OKRs — objectives and key results as they are]. Deliver: item-by-item diagnosis without mercy but with teaching value (each Objective tested — is it clear and inspiring direction or a task list with a fancy title? is it memorable or legal jargon? does it fit the quarter or is it a five-year plan?; each KR tested against the 5 classic crimes — (1) it's a disguised task: 'implement CRM' measures effort, not change in the world; (2) it's unmeasurable: 'improve satisfaction' with no number, baseline, and deadline is a wish, not a KR; (3) it's a vanity metric: grows without meaning value — visits without conversion; (4) it's sandbagging: a target that would already be hit without effort — the test of 'what if we do nothing?'; (5) it's dangerously lonely: a number that, pursued alone, breaks something else — speed without quality), the rewrite of each problematic item side by side (before → after → what changed and why — the pair that teaches the pattern), structural verification of the whole set (quantity — more than 3-4 objectives is lack of choice; alignment — do the KRs combined deliver the objective or is there unfulfilled promise?; balance between protective pairs), rescued tasks with dignity (what was task-KR doesn't die: it becomes initiative/action plan HUNG on the right KR — the missing layer), and the final clean version of the complete board ready to replace the current one. Objective: OKRs that measure real change — and a team that learns the difference once and for all.
