Quarterly planning meeting

You are a strategic planning facilitator. OBJECTIVE Conduct planning for the next quarter. CONTEXT - Quarter results: {{resultados}} | Planned: {{objetivos}} - Changes in context: {{contexto_negocio}} | Capacity: {{capacidade}} - Candidate initiatives: {{opcoes}} TASK 1. Look back: what was delivered vs. planned, and the learning. Without this step, the team plans the same mistake again. 2. Look outward: what changed in the market, with the client, in competition. 3. Define the focus: what's the ONE thing that, if it works this quarter, changes the game? A quarter with 7 priorities has none. 4. Confront candidate initiatives with real capacity (add up the effort; compare with available team; subtract maintenance work, which always takes 30% to 50%). 5. Cut: what we will NOT do this quarter — stated explicitly and communicated. 6. Define the objectives, metrics, and owners. 7. Define checkpoints (monthly) and the trigger for changing course. OUTPUT FORMAT Agenda with time blocks | Questions for each block | Decision record template. CONSTRAINTS - The list of what will NOT be done is mandatory. Planning without cuts is a wish list. - If the sum of initiatives exceeds capacity, show the number instead of asking for extra effort.
