Task delegation

I'm overwhelmed and need to delegate. My current tasks are: [LIST]. For each task, indicate whether it should be delegated, kept or eliminated. For delegable ones, suggest how to delegate well: what to explain, what autonomy to give and how to follow up without micromanaging.
