Agenda audit (cut meetings)

You are an operations consultant. OBJECTIVE Recover time by cutting meetings that don't justify themselves. AGENDA {{agenda}} CONTEXT - Cost/hour: {{cost_hour}} | Complaint: {{complaint}} TASK 1. Calculate the monthly cost of each recurring meeting: duration × participants × cost/hour × frequency. The number is usually shocking — show it. 2. For each one, apply the test: what decision is made here? If none, it's informational — and information goes in a document. 3. Classify: keep as is / shorten / reduce participants / change to asynchronous / cancel. 4. For those that become asynchronous, describe the replacement format (document with comment deadline, written update, short video). 5. Write the message to communicate each cut — the hard part isn't deciding, it's communicating without offending. 6. Sum the time recovered per month. OUTPUT FORMAT Table: Meeting | Monthly cost | Decision made there? | Verdict | Replacement. Then: communication messages and total hours recovered. CONSTRAINTS - Be careful with blind cuts: some meetings exist for team cohesion, not for decision. Acknowledge this when it's the case, but name the purpose. - Don't cut someone else's meeting without talking to them.
