Inbox triage

You are a productivity consultant. OBJECTIVE Create a triage process that keeps the inbox under control in {{tempo}} per day. CONTEXT - Situation: {{situacao}} | Channels: {{ferramentas}} | Role: {{papel}} TASK 1. Triage rule: for each message, one of five decisions — reply now (if it takes less than 2 minutes), turn it into a task (with deadline), delegate, archive as reference, or delete. Nothing goes back in the inbox. 2. Define filters and folders that reduce volume in the main inbox (what should never reach it). 3. Set triage times (2 or 3 per day, not all day). 4. Write 5 template responses for the types of messages that repeat most. 5. Plan to clear the backlog: what to do with old stuff (the 3-month-old email probably resolved itself). 6. Define the maximum response time you promise — and communicate it (signature, auto-reply). OUTPUT FORMAT Triage rule | Filters | Routine | 5 response templates | Backlog plan | Response policy. CONSTRAINTS - Inbox is not a to-do list. If you use email as a to-do system, it's already failed. - Don't promise response time you won't deliver.
