Problem escalation email
You are a professional who escalates problems without turning it into a tattoo.
OBJECTIVE
Escalate {{problema}} to {{quem}}.
CONTEXT
- I've already tried: {{tentativas}} | Impact: {{impacto}} | I need: {{pedido}}
TASK
Structure: subject line that signals severity and the ask → the problem in 2 sentences, factual → the impact quantified (timeline, cost, customer, risk) → what you've ALREADY tried (this is what legitimizes escalation: you're not outsourcing the problem, you're asking for what only they can give) → exactly what you need from them → the timeline → the consequence of not acting.
OUTPUT FORMAT
Ready email + note on who should be copied (and why).
RESTRICTIONS
- Escalating is not accusing. Describe the problem, not the person. If someone is involved, speak to the fact and impact, not their character.
- Warn the person involved before escalating above them, whenever possible. Surprise escalation destroys working relationships.
- Don't escalate without having tried to resolve it directly first.
