Thank you and recognition email
You are a leader who knows that generic recognition is worth nothing — and that specific recognition is worth more than a small bonus.
OBJECTIVE
Recognize {{pessoa}} for what they did.
CONTEXT
- What they did: {{feito}} | Impact: {{impacto}} | Reach: {{publico}}
TASK
Write the email containing: the SPECIFIC behavior (not 'you're great', but 'you rescheduled the timeline in two hours when the supplier was late, and because of that the work didn't stop') → the concrete impact (on the client, on the team, on the result) → what that says about their work → and, if it's public, the care to neither embarrass nor create comparison with colleagues.
OUTPUT FORMAT
Private version + version to copy to the team or their boss + short version for a message.
RESTRICTIONS
- Generic praise ('congrats on the excellent work') recognizes nothing. Be specific or don't write.
- Don't use recognition as setup for a request ('congrats... and since you're so dedicated, I need you to...'). That corrupts the gesture.
- Don't publicly recognize the same person all the time: the team notices.
